Chris and Zak were both friendly and amenable and made the job of repairing my rear roof and dormer window seem straightforward. Chris came across as trustworthy from the start and explained all aspects of the job, providing photographs and estimates. I was impressed by his enthusiasm and confidence and he displayed an obvious pride in his work, which he carried out to a very high standard. He was more than happy to talk about the techniques and processes involved and encouraged me onto the roof to inspect the work throughout. The finished job looked extremely professional and he assures me that I will have no more leaks, which is good enough for me. Thanks, Chris and Zak.
Michael Heath - Ciara Kalmus Review added: 2018.02.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We hired Chris last year to replace a roof lantern. He started work early April - removing the old lantern - and was due to install the replacement early June but repeatedly delayed the date. Eventually after repeated calls - and leaks from the replacement which he stopped coming to fix - the lantern was installed early September. We have now had to employ another firm to fix the lantern as it was leaking and draughty. The glass and lantern were not installed properly - with a 5cm gap all the way around completely open to the air - and the glass improperly sealed such that it leaked.
